Are you a licensed estate agency in Italy?
Yes! We are a fully licensed estate agency, and member in good standing of FIAIP the Association for Real Estate professionals in Italy.
Do you speak English?
Yes. English is our mother language, but we also speak French, Italian, and German.
Can you help me buy a low cost or 1 Euro home?
We can help you buy any home, anywhere in Italy. However we charge a flat commission of 3500 euro for all properties under 100k
Do you charge commission on the sale?
Yes. Our agency charges a standard 4% commission on the purchase price + vat (22%). However you will pay this commission just to us, not to the other agency.
Can you help us renovate our house if we need it?
Yes. We work closely with a full engineering, design and building company that can help with any renovation, big or small.
Can you help get me a mortgage?
Mortgages in Italy are difficult to get, but not impossible. We will connect you with our mortgage broker who will be able to help.
How do I work with you?
